Liquid-applied with a trowel or spray, Henry’s Air-Bloc® 31MR is a one-component, rubberized membrane that provides an air barrier when applied to a range of construction surfaces. Air-Bloc® 31MR cures to a tough, monolithic rubber-like membrane.

Features
  • Retains flexibility over a wide temperature range and bridges cracks
  • Adheres to most construction surfaces, including block, concrete, stone, wood and metal
  • Can be applied to damp concrete
  • Contains no organic solvents
  • Integral mold resistant formulation as per ASTM D5990
